The Certificate program has three parts:

A Certificate is awarded after completion of a three-part sequence outlined below.

Part I: A training on the Foundations in Appreciative Inquiry. Learn to create bridges between the ideal with an orientation towards results.  Discover how and why Appreciative Inquiry works through case studies and illustrations. Learn how to ask the questions that open the floodgates for positive change, engage the whole system, and generate measurable results.

  • Develop a project for your organization

Foundations in AI may be taken separately without completion of the entire certificate program.

Part II: Project of intervention in field work.

Each participant will prepare a project in which he or she will do an Inquiry into the Stories and Lives of Leaders in the Field conducting five appreciative interviews with social and business change leaders to capture innovations and visions of a future where business and society are even more positively connected.

Participants prepare two papers: a report on their inquiries with five leaders in the field and an analysis of their own projects.

Feedback sessions with the facilitator of the course, on the development of the personal project.

Part III: The Advanced Workshop on AI

In this program, participants experience the power of appreciative learning through interactive feedback sessions on AI projects.
